CBSE Releases Term-Wise Syllabus For 2021-22 Board Exams, Direct Links
New Revised CBSE Syllabus 2021-22 - 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th (24 July): Term-wise & Subject-wise CBSE Syllabus 2021-2022 for all subjects of CBSE 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th (Term 1 & Term 2) has been released online on the official academic website of CBSE. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the revised syllabus for the 2021-22 board exams, which will be conducted in two phases. The board had earlier this month announced a new pattern of class 10 and class 12 board exams as a measure to avoid canceling it like this year, amid the COVID-19 crisis. "This has been done to increase the possibility of conducting Class 10 and 12 examinations conducted by the Board at the end of the academic session," the CBSE had said.

Students are advised to go through the revised CBSE Syllabus 2021-22 (Term-Wise) thoroughly and plan their studies accordingly. As per the official update, the exam for Term 1 will be based on 50% CBSE Syllabus 2021-22 and Term 2 rest 50% will be based on CBSE Syllabus 2021-22.

Students should note that the PDFs of Combined Syllabus (i.e., 9th & 10th and 11th & 12th) are available here. 9th and 10th students will first find out class 9th syllabus and then 10th class syllabus. Similarly, the 11th and 12th students will first find the 11th class syllabus and then the 12th class syllabus.
The question papers of Term 1 exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with case-based MCQs and MCQs on assertion-reasoning type. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes and it will cover 50 percent of the reasonable syllabus. Term 2 exam question paper will consist of case-based, situation-based, open-ended short answer and long answer type questions and will be conducted for a duration of two hours.
